Installed the Join plugin and creating a "base" job with Post-build Actions and listing other Projects to Build.

Click Add post-build actions, I see "Join Trigger" on the menu along with other actions.  If I click Join Trigger, nothing happens.  No config settings appear on the UI which should allow me to specify the Project to build.....just nothing happens.

I've tried to downrev Jenkins to previous version and tried creating another blank job from scratch.  No change.

          [JENKINS-73614] Plugin does not launch

The join plugin has not been released in 8 years. It is not being actively maintained. If it is important to your organization, you may want to propose to the management at your company that you would like the company to dedicate some development time to maintain the join plugin.

Jobs that use the join plugin cannot save their configuration due to JENKINS-64639. The join plugin depends on HTML table tags for the layout of its forms. Jenkins 2.277.1 and later use HTML div tags instead of HTML table tags.

Other user have reported the same "failure to trigger".

Your best alternative is to stop using the join plugin and convert your jobs to Jenkins Pipeline
