Bad UI style in buttons that have a tooltip on the dashboard screen

      In the dashboard, when I hover the icon build, the button background is deviation.

          I don't see that problem on my Google Chrome 130.0.6723.70 on Windows. You mention Microsoft Edge 130.0.2849.56 in the pull request, but I can't see that problem on Microsoft Edge 130.0.2849.56 either.

          I'm running the Jenkins 2.479.1 release candidate. You'll need to provide more information so that others can duplicate the issue. "How to report an issue" includes the type of information that is needed.
