I just upgraded from Jenkins 2.488 to Jenkins 2.489. Now it seems like slow scrolling with the up and down arrow keys does not work anymore. I tested this on a regular view and on a job page.

Thanks for reporting the issue stefan6419846. I can duplicate the issue. When I open a ci.jenkins.io page that extends more than the height of my screen, the arrow keys allow me to scroll downward. When I open my local installation of 2.489 to a page that extends more than the height of my screen, the arrow keys do not allow me to scroll downward.

janfaracik can you investigate the regression further in case it is due to the command palette that was added in PR-7569?
