Findbugs and PMD fail to make build unstable

      Setting thresholds for marking the build 'unstable' no longer works for FindBugs and PMD. These settings used to work before a recent upgrade of the plugins.

      According to the screenshots, the build 1735 should have been marked unstable by the PMD plugin. FindBugs should also have made the build unstable at build 1739.

      Is there something wrong with my configuration?
