          This was removed because the email trigger wasn't able to be used in multiple places on the same form: see JENKINS-4384

          I'll see if it behaves better in 2016, compared to 2009.

          The problem is still present in Jenkins 1.424. So this is a bug in core jenkins - it's easy to add the email post-build action to the join trigger, but it breaks the email functionality for non-join cases, so it is left out intentionally.
