Since the header redesign, the scriptConsole taglib is set to be a one-column layout.
This creates a problem, as this taglib can be used by plugins to have a script console, when plugins use it and expect to have a sidepanel.

We should offer a way to keep the two-column layout if required by the user of the taglib.
