Navigating to localhost/manage/about/, clicking on "License and dependency information for plugins" and selecting a plugin, the header looks as following:

Clicking the header on "Analysis Model API Plugin" creates a 404, the link heads to localhost/plugin/analysis-model-api/wrapper/

I'm carefully labeling this as regression, because I assume this took you to the plugin center some time ago, but I'm not 100% confident on that.

This affects all plugins on named page above.
