Currently, Jenkins shows quality metrics in several independent plugin pages (JUnit, Warnings, Coverage, etc.). It makes sense to aggregate these metrics and combine them into a single view. 

A similar approach has been started with the [metrics-aggregation plugin](https://github.com/jenkinsci/metrics-aggregation-plugin/tree/main/plugin): this plugin will be used as a starting point.
