The metrics-aggregation plugin needs a refresh so it is compatible with recent Jenkins versions:

• Update of Jenkins Baseline
• Update of Java Baseline
• Use BOM where possible
• Remove muli-module structure: make the plugin folders top-level entries
• Delete code that handles invocation of PMD metrics aggregation
