ERROR for LDAP-Users and GROUPS at external-jobs

    Description

      Since Jenkins 1.407 the project-based-authentication shows ERROR for LDAP-Users and Groups at external-jobs.
      Maven-2 oder Free-Style-Jobs doesn't have this problem.

      Please fix it. It's not possible to see, who is allowed to see and configure this job.
