The log in form is not displayed on the main page. Instead it is "<a href="/login?from=/">Log in</a>"

      The log in form is no longer displayed on the homepage. It looks like the HTML is being escaped instead. All I get is the following printed out:

      Welcome to Jenkins! <a href="/login?from=/">Log in</a> to create new jobs.
