HREF Links on certain pages are broken

      On several pages, such as Console Output and Build Overview, it is no longer possible to click links that are defined with href elements.

          CauseAction (failed.bmp) was already fixed. https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/commit/5c1007dd4dcaa3c799c855012fa631c5058ea262
