We hope to add Select enable/disable option when create a new job from existing job.
This is because our member often create the jobs by using copy job function, but they hope to make some changes and keep them disabled for a while.

Another suggestion is that:
In addition to Enabled/Disabled status, we hope to set "Draft" flag or status for each job.
