Add throughput column to performance plugin charts

      When running JMeter tests via the JMeter runner, the aggregate chart has a Throughput column which shows requests / sec. Adding this to the performance plugin charts would be super helpful.

      Bonus: add the ability to fail a build if req/sec falls below a certain threshold.

          I'm missing this as well. I was hoping setting "modeThroughput: True" in the Pipeline would enable this feature but it didn't.

          Could you share with me the performance.hpi file which you updated two columns 95%Line and 99%Line?
