HTML Publisher Plugin get 404 error with 1.572

      Using stock Jenkins from Ubuntu/Trusty with the latest htmlpublisher:
      HTML Publisher plugin 1.3
      Jenkins 1.572 (from ubuntu)

      When running the build all seems fine:

      [htmlpublisher] Archiving HTML reports...
[htmlpublisher] Archiving at BUILD level /var/lib/jenkins/jobs/code_test_2/workspace/build/api/html to /var/lib/jenkins/jobs/code_test_2/builds/2014-07-16_09-39-40/htmlreports/API_Documentation

      But clicking on the "API Documentation" link I get a 404. Seems like regression from JENKINS-19281.
