Build Keeper Plugin functionality does not appear

      Jenkins 1.585, BK plugin 1.3, Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS (x86_64 GNU/Linux), Internet Explorer 11.0, Java OpenJDK 7u65

      Installed BK plugin on new Jenkins installation, but none of its features appear.
      Actually did this three times, once on an already installed installation, a second time on an earlier new install. Same thing each time.
