Support Jenkins Pipeline for Jabber notifications

      It would be great to be able to send Jabber notifications from a Pipeline job.

      Example:
      sendJabber targets:myname@chat.mycompany.com

          It's a bit sad you have to call obscure shell scripts from your Jenkinsfile to use Jabber again instead of using this fine plugin.
