      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a pipeline/workflow job with Jenkins 1.625.X
      2. Select Workflow Script from SCM

      Expected results

      There should be checkboxes for 'include in changelog' and 'include in scm poll'

      Actual results

      Checkboxes for 'changelog' and 'poll' include/exclude is not available.

      Comments

      Checkboxes should be available for consistency.

      My main problem is the empty entries for JenkinsFile SCM reported in changelog. No changes for JenkinsFile, but changes for SCM inside JenkinsFile.
