Add Link for Declarative Pipeline to Pipeline-Syntax page (Snippet Generator)

      If I am building a Pipeline within Jenkins and want to use Declarative Pipeline when I click on the Pipeline Syntax link it will show the Snippet Generator. The Snippet Generator today has no references to Declarative Pipeline.

      At the very least there should be page showing the content of the Declarative syntax rules.

          Yeah I suppose there could be an extension point for adding tabs.
