Pipeline job build has two pipeline blocks on side panel, even if pipeline structure is as simple as possible (even simple 'echo' generates two blocks of 'Reply' and 'Pipeline steps').

Additionally, when 'checkout' block is set, then two Git links appear. When I use two 'checkout' blocks, I get four links to the repositories.

It is not an issue with a browser - I've tested it in Chrome and Firefox.
