Clicking on some parts of the row will not open item

      Problem
      On tables with clickable rows that open runs, parts of the row can be clicked on without triggering the open.

          Testing Notes:

          • A method could be added to ActivityPage.java, which allows tests which use it to click on run rows, targeting "blank" parts of the row
          • Live creation tests, such as GithubEditorTest, could then call this method when checking on the successful creation of pipelines
