UtilTest.testDeleteRecursive_onWindows is failing in the core since some days/weeks.
We do not see an obvious reason for it, and it's slowing down a lot of unrelated PRs.
So we are disabling it and we will likely want to investigate it more specifically before trying to re-enable it.
