ACTUAL BEHAVIOR: 

• On Jenkins fround message Failed to create run results. Exception: Implementation of JAXB-API has not been found on module path or classpath.Result Status (PC RunID: 2564): FAILUREe will invetigate this 

• Jenkin's Team told this problem occur because Java Version 11

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: 

 LRE integrate with Jenkins 2.22 and Java 11 to work with issue. please help to check the root cause and how to fix the issue.

HOW-TO-REPRODUCE: 

 Jenkins version : 2.22

Java version: OpenJDK Runtime Environment 18.9(build 11.0.6+10) OpenJDK 64-bit Server VM 18.9(build 11.0.6+10, mixed mode)
