Accessibility issue - Images lacking "alt" text

    Description

      Recent UI upgrades caused the build status icons to lose their useful alt text.

      Usability for blind people declined therefore.

            A useful reference- JENKINS-26503: "usability and accessibility report of Jenkins 1.580.x (incl. the UI refresh). Find the reports (in German) attached to this ticket."
