      Description

When we are trying to connect to SpiraPlan website with a Private SSL installed after setting up the spira import plugin then we are getting a 503 Error.

I was following the below documentations for Jenkins integration with SpiraPlan:

      https://plugins.jenkins.io/inflectra-spira-integration/

      https://spiradoc.inflectra.com/Build-Server-Integration/Jenkins--Hudson/

I am able to understand everything in the document but when I try entering the username and API-Key to test connection then I do not get an authentication successful message.

I changed the component because this appears to be a bug report about an existing plugin, rather than a request for a new plugin.
