Jenkins not able to connect to SpiraPlan with Private SSL installed[SpiraPlan Jenkins integration]

      When we are trying to connect to SpiraPlan website with a Private SSL installed after setting up the spira import plugin then we are getting a 503 Error.

       

      I was following the below documentations for Jenkins integration with SpiraPlan:

       I am able to understand everything in the document but when I try entering the username and API-Key to test connection then I do not get an authentication successful message.
