for the https://plugins.jenkins.io/email-ext/#triggers section, there is no an explanation for each trigger available shown through the select box (See attached figure)

I think is valuable explain each item, even if many are obvious. Others at a first glance are not obvious, so with this documentation the developer is able to know to choice the best option.
