      In 2.402 the <div> containing class=dd-handle is missing from the elements, leading to not being able to see the element header or the hamburger that allows drag and drop reordering. Below screenshots show build parameters, but it's also the same for build steps, bindings, etc.

       

      2.401 does not have this issue:
