JENKINS-70729 changed the way how clouds are managed. For Spotinst clouds this leads to not being able to identify clouds anymore. What's shown as name is in fact a technical parameter of the cloud configuration which cannot be changed to make the cloud more easily recognizable. Before the change all parameters of a cloud where easily visible, so I could use the labels configuration of each cloud to search and find my wanted clouds.

Is this something that can and should be improved in the Spotinst plugin implementation, or is there some "identifier" missing in the actual contract of how clouds are shown here in general?
