The build history panel is not working correctly. It is an intermittent and not uniform issue:

• sometimes it does not show all the builds that are running (screenshot).
• sometimes it shows builds in progress (spinning wheel) when in reality they are done (screenshot).
• sometimes it shows nothing at all (screenshot).
