Please provide enough information so that others can easily duplicate the problem.

An issue report to an open source project is an attempt to persuade someone to use their personal time and effort to assist you. When you do not provide enough information for others to duplicate the problem, it reduces the likelihood of anyone helping you.

I infer from your report that you believe the issue is related to the Jenkins Dashboard View plugin, but you provide no description of your configuration of that plugin or the alternatives you've explored. The screenshot looks like the standard Jenkins form at the root level, just as I might see on https://ci.jenkins.io/ or other Jenkins controllers. You don't describe anything that makes your installation different than typical installations.

You don't provide the list of plugins installed on your Jenkins controller, so others are left to guess the set of plugins you are using.

You don't provide a numbered set of steps that others can take to configure a Jenkins controller that will show the same failure.

Without that additional information, I would not expect much help.
