High CPU load due to running LDAP connection threads

      High CPU load while running jenkins

       

      A list of threads is running at 100%

       

      A thread dump (threaddump-1661333989080.tdump) shows the following call stack of the threads listed above (snippet)

      Firstly I thought it's in context with JENKINS-52374. However my threads are still running and not waiting. 

       

      Systeminfo

      Jenkins: 2.319.3

      Java: build 1.8.0_291-b10

      LDAP-plugin: 2.8

      We have approximately 60 build pipelines (which include several branches each) on our build system.
