On weekly.ci.jenkins.io, `.jenkins-menu-dropdown-chevron` isn’t clickable due to `pointer-events: none` in `src/main/scss/components/_breadcrumbs.scss:143`.
Commented it out—tested locally with a folder (`test-folder`), and the dropdown works. Repro: click chevron on weekly.ci.jenkins.io job table.
